Essay on My Favourite Teacher | Traits of a Good Teacher |

Teaching is considered to be one of the most important and respected professions in the world. Other professions look up to teachers and see them as role models. It takes a lot of work to become a good teacher, but it is worth it. When students learn from a great teacher, it becomes an unforgettable experience that stays with them for life.

My Favourite Teacher

Although every teacher teaches from the heart and deserves due respect yet Mr. Nikhlesh Makhija, my teacher of English, is my favourite teacher. My sentences run out of traits whenever I get an opportunity to elaborate him. He is highly-qualified, experienced and passionate teacher. He has excellent command over English and his way of teaching is superb and amazing. For the time being, he teaches English Language to senior class Class 10, Class 11 and Class 12. The best part of his teaching style is, he keeps himself in the shoes of others while teaching and never teaches from the books. He prefers overall development of children to rote learning and focusses more on practical awareness than theoretical knowledge.

Everybody respects him whole-heartedly and waits eagerly for his advent in the class. I have never found him beating or punishing any child in my whole life for he believes ‘Human gets angry when he has to something bad else love is enough to solve any problem.’ He teaches us what life is and how it can be made beautiful with love.

Teachers like his are remembered for good for their magical ability to turn mundane and boring lectures into interesting ones. I wish him good health and prosperity.
