There is no indecision about that reading has a great importance and benefits in our life . It exercises our brain as it is a complex process which leads to better blood flow in our brain . It stimulates the nerve cells of the brain and makes it more active. The stimulation helps to enhance the concentration level and critical-analysis department of the brain . It also leads to better focus and improvement of memory . It boosts our sleep and enhances imagination and empathy for others. Reading is a great source of fun and entertainment, thus we can say that reading relaxes stress levels and relieves from short-term tensions . Reading does not only provide us health benefits but also the writing benefits. All the successful writers and their followers know the benefits and importance of reading very well.
Reading is simply a procedure of understanding the concept from the written content. Basically, it comprises of four elements that are; identification, conception, fluidity and incentive. Many successful people read books on daily basis, For instance, Mark Zuckerberg, the Co- Founder and Chief Executive of Facebook, sets his goal to complete a book every two weeks whereas Bill Gates, Co – Founder of Microsoft Corporation, reads fifty books a year and Elon Musk, Founder of Tesla Motors too gives the credit of success to book reading and the list goes on…
Every individual, be a student or a teacher, must read for at least 30 minutes a day in order to improve our focus and concentration to expand our knowledge and to make us a better person. Besides, do remember that it is an ever-lasting process which never ends.
